teachy teach

I'm teaching a 6-week COMIX CLASS at Glendale Community College starting April 20th. It'll be half studio/half discussion, and totally awesomesauce. There are a teeny handful of comics making classes in Los Angeles, but mine will include some comics history as well as WACKY DRAWING GAMES! Everyone needs something fun and educational to do on a gloomy Spring Tuesday nite, so encourage all your friends to sign up.

Hi! I have signed up for your class in Glendale. I look forward to it.
I used to draw a hundred years ago (no exageration!) and I am just getting back into the practice. I was primarily into life drawing but I have got 6-7 ideas for comics running around in my head and I want to explore them. I am a rusty fiction writer so I want to explore both the drawing and writing angles of comic-smithing.
How proficient in either do you have to be to participate in your class? And will you cover using tools like Waycoms in drawing (I am Old School and these new fangled ideas are foreign to me).
Thanks!
